Same park, same spot, differt coil, more silver- Pic

The new pin ponter arrived so out I went. Same park as last month, same spot as before. I used the EQ 2 12" coil this time. I came up with the 1917 liberty half/ 4 mercs 1943 and 1941 two each and some wheats. I think the platypus missed the half last time. Couldn't have been me:drinking: It was shallow. The dimes were to deep for the platypus but rang up nice on the EQ2-12. That spot is done for the year now. Skeeters are taking control and the weeds are getting to tall. I had to fight the bees as I went through the weeds that had flowers on them. The bumble bees didnt like the weed beeing hit by the coil as they were trying to eat, until next year.

Beautiful finds, it is always fun to find half dollars. I have never heard of the coil EQ2-12. Who makes this coil and what do they fit on. I have an Exploreer. I too wonder if I am traveling over coins which are there.
Once again, great finds.

I should have added more on the name. Its an EQ2 Pro 12 inch coil. It came with the EX11 when I purchased it. Here is a pic of all of them. The stock hasn't been on for over a year.

Too bad it is starting to get overgrown and those darn pesky blood suckers. Looks like a very promising site indeed and can't wait until you are able to detect it once again and see what you may find. Good Luck and HH.
