It has been a little while since I posted some finds on here, but I thought I would post yesterday's finds.
I went to the little area that I have been hunting for some time now. I was out there for thirty minutes and then the rains came...<STRONG>AGAIN!</STRONG>
The first is a "Yankee Penny". These were soldered on the bottom of Maynard Carbine cartridge. These were notorious for coming off of the end of the cartridge. This is my fifth one from this site. This is the best one yet.
The other find is a .58 cal Williams Cleaner Type III. I have never found a complete one until now.
Hopefully the weather will finally clear and I can post some more finds on here soon.
