Saturday's hunt.....Ton of wheats, couple silver, neat token

hunted with Kyle (nooberz) and Jamie today we hit and old house, small park and I ended up in a field where an old house was.

The park gave up the 1934 mercury dime and nothing else but clad. The old house gave up the cool token and 9 wheats. Someone drilled a 1927 wheat..lol

The field site gave up the buckles, the eagle button, the other mercury dime and the remainder of all the wheats.

Nice finds and really like the button and token! You have been finding some really great tokens and this one was teaching people to recycle their milk bottles, so they had recycling back then, also! I would return 12 milk bottles for 50 cents for I never had much money to spend and did collect empty soda bottles and returned them for 5 cents each! Hey that was one way of having a little spending money for myself in the 40's and 50's! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
