10 mins or less! My blood pressure was 110/74 so still low but I'm doing and sleeping better taking the pain pills and not so ill and tired when arising from my bed to face the day with less pain and hurting, but still get down in my back and hips so have to be careful when doing anything! I will be going to Cuba before long to close on the house, so please pray for me to be able to drive down and get back safely! It will be a tiring trip for me at my age and with arthritis, but with the good Lord I will make it down and back okay! Thank You, Jesus, and you all for praying! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
