Please pray for the school corporation that I work for. The school board is wanting to close two schools, which will affect many students, teachers and support staff. Some of the plans they have brought out do not make sense. They will announce their vote on December 16. I may have to switch schools if they close two of the schools. My concern is the kids who will have to be bused farther into town, as the two schools they are wanting to eliminate are out in the country. I have served on boards in the past and currently serve on our Church's' trustee board, so I know that sometimes you have to make some unpopular decisions, but you should do your best to do what is right for all concerned.

Praying for God's Holy Spirit to move and help the school board to make the right decisions for the students' and employees' sakes! May Jesus' loving touch make everything right and go as it should for you and all the others! Amen!

I am praying and just thinking...if schools had not kicked God out and taken prayer out of schools the problems they have they probably wouldn't be having and having to ask others for prayers.
Not trying to slap anyone down just stating kicking God out of the schools was their BIGGEST mistake. They want change...bring God back. Just my humble opinion.
They closed 2 elementary schools up here and buseed the kids long distances too. Some kids get on the bus and its still dark outside...dangerous especially with winter weather now here. The board asked for more money...the mileage didn't go through so they did the mileage again and it passed narrowly. Thing is the voters already said NO. We are not throwing more money after bad. Yet it did not stop the board from forcing the issue again. Well, they got their money. While I was at an event in the high school I wound up sitting in a broken seat. Did they spend the money to fix it? No. They instead knocked down the football stadium and are rebuilding a new one....there is their need for money to help the kids....God needs to be in their decision making or why bother.

A sales tax increase was voted on for something....can't remember what....it was voted down, so what is the County Government going to do??? Put it on the next election ballot to be voted on again....and they will do this until it passes! Then they either put it in their own pockets or spend it on some nonsense that doesn't help most of the people! GRRRRRRRRRR!!! God Bless Betty
