Headed out this afternoon to hunt a couple places that I figured should give up some loot. And.....as is typical penny popping, you get more then just pennies ;)

Wow what alot of stuff there John!!:clapping: What kind of coins are the ones with the copper and silver surrounding it?

Looks like you had a good day out.
John i"v got some questions for ya. do you think the scorpion would hit the smaller gold jewellery better & deeper than the ace250 i know i"m missing the small rings & earrings that are deeper than 3-4 inch. I"v been thinking about getting a scorpion to hit the ring hot spots in the tot lots so i don't miss the small ones.
Do you get much small tin foil when hunting with the scorpion ???

Great finds John  I have a scorpion on the way, after i get it, i would like to talk to you to get a few pointers on some settings. '' mack ''

Since the Scorpion is a gold detector with an operating frequency of 15 khz it is designed to hit small gold.

Wish we had those puppies here then they could replace all those quarters I find. :) Can't even find the dollar coins here as the idiot public hoards them. GEEZ!
