My order at Midwest Refineries settled and I got the check and silver last Friday. I should have waited until I had more to send off but as gold crossed $800 I decided to act. The final settlement was more than double what one local guy offered me for the same rings and 100 bucks more than a more reasonable local guy offered. It was a nice surprise to get American Eagles and three cool 1 ounce bars for the portion of the order I opted to take in silver. The Eagles were shipped in flips and the 1991 has some rim damage. Not sure if it happened in transit or not. The 2006 and 2007 Eagles are nice. I put them in round holders.
I won't be scrapping the 22k ring but any 10 and 14 karat gold is fair game unless it's really nice!
