SE/E Trac shaft compatibility?

Howdy,

I currently have an SE outfitted with a Sun Ray probe mounted on the upper shaft (Pro coil on the lower shaft). If I were to add or switch to an E Trac someday, would I be able to just swap the whole shaft/probe/coil assembly from the SE over to an E Trac? (and vice versa; move an E Trac shaft/coil assembly to the SE).
