SeaHunter Mono coils,help required...............

Mega

New member
Would like some input please on 2 new Garrett SeaHunter Mono coils that i have just bought,i purchased these 2 coils brand new from a main dealer over here in the UK and have had them adapted so that they work on my own Pulse machine, this involved removal of the plug and new ones too suit my machine and then calibrated. They work a treat as long as they are Mono coil and the SeaHunter ones are they can be adapted albeit i loose the warrenty but it was only the plugs that had been changed so no major alterations as such.

My question is that i have been reading in the Garrett Infinion section that the 8inch coil seemed to have problems and was wondering if these coil from these machines are the same, they appear to be by looking at them but was wondering if any major issues are common with the smaller coil.Mine i have to admit works a treat and certainly the build quality and performance are superb.

The main reason i bought these coils was the price aspect as they had been on a crazy low price and they also ticked the box of being a 'Mono' coil,as luck would have it they perform much better than i had hoped for.

So do the 8inch Mono coils on the Infinion and SeaHunter have problems or was it just with the Infinion ones ???
