Seeded coin hunt settings?

What settings do you use when participating in a seeded coin hunt? I am looking to hear from those of you who have actually used the settings and were successful with them, not theoretical settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I used gold field, my seeded area was basically clean ish, worked great for me, I could swing that babay fast and if I got a bit of a signal I would wiggle over it to see if good signal.....
