She's going down south for a once over. Are there any parts I do not need to send?
With or w/o batteries?
I was going to send it UPS expidited or is there a better way?
I'm only sending the big coil because it's the only one I use.

I just want to do this right the first time, any tips are appreciated.

Pack the electronics, and coil separately. Make sure the coil is as padded as the electronics.
(I had one arrive cracked once)

Hi, hope these tips are usefull to you.

If batteries are rechargeable, do not send them, if they are not, it does not matter. Do not send the poles (handles, ramrods or sticks that hold the coils), they are not needed. Send coil(s) if that is giving you any trouble (they with check unit and coils sent). Pack them safely to withstand a thermonuclear war. And get yourself a playstation 3 until your toy comes back. Good luck.

Lately, FEDEX Ground has been whipping UPS' butt on rates.
Must be a little friendly competition between friends going on...
