Sens Reduction Mod?

prosoloact

New member
I've got a PI detector that has 'no'discrimination, no rev disc function, AND most importantly; 'no' sensitivity adjustment. Anybody have an idea to 'reduce' the sensitivity
on this unit(Withoutout changing coils?) Is there a coil cover made that might have a meterial in it that purposly reduces sensitivity? I don't need this thing shooting 3 ft into the ground all of the time. I'd like to avoid having to walk with the coil 6 in off the ground, and the manufacturer won't update it for me. A 'physical fix would do it.(Also dnt want to mess/alter with the circuit board.)

What PI do you own?
What controls does it have?
Can you get a smaller coil for it?
