seems I have to run it at maybe 9-11 to quite it down so it doesn't double beep on targets. Is that too low on sensativity to get any depth?
 
Which model are you using? On the X-Terra 70 it would be quite a bit low.. On the 50 it might need to go about that low depending on the ground mineralization. It would help to know which model you were using and which coil to help you out with an answer.
 
the x70 and the 7.5 coil it seems to run smooth I ground bal using Auto
 
I could use some input here also!
I have a X-Terra 50. On sandy beaches I set it at about 10-12. I have no problem finding targets 8 inches down. I am only a week into detecting so any input will be appreciated!
