Settings for XP Deus in Seeded Hunts

Has anyone used their Deus in seeded/competition hunts? If so, any recommended settings? Was also wondering if it would "chatter" in close proximity to 30 or 40 other detectorists using a variety of Detectors?

I've been to about three compition hunts with my xp and here's what I run . I have a coin program setup for Indians and up to 1/2 dollars with different hertz ,dimes and up higher hertz of course .settings 75-86 @200hz indians to pennies / clad -silver dimes and upwards 86-99 @651hz @ 12khtz coil power . anyway I take a copy of that program ( wichI hunt with all the time my deep program )and only change two things the sensitivity from 90 to 70 . Your looking for coins at 3 and above inches , and the the reactivity from 1 to 3 , there can be coins setting within a inche or so from each other and your should hear those two coins independently . Now I audio noth up to 75 because some hunts use alum , zink , pot metal tokens also for prizes . Also some Indian heads at hunts do turn up depending on the hunt sponsors . Now with sensitivity @ 70 on a target located do the coil wiggle and the coin should be right under the Xp logo @ front of coil . This works for me at hunts I'm still learning this machine. I'm going to boot camp in July and learn to master it lol . Also no I've never had any chatter from other machines and one hunt had about 6 more deus there besides mine hope this helps (lootnplunder) out

Great advice, thanks. I too hope to attend a Boot Camp in the future if they have one a bit closer to Colorado.
