Will it work on a Golden UMax. The Golden UMax is a 10khz machine and the Super 9" 19Khz works on the shadow X3 and The X5. Yet it is a 5 pin plug and plugs into my Golden UMax. The shadow X3 and X5 are 19khz machine and the Super 9" I think is a 19Khz coil.
I even sent The Super 9" along with my newer Golden UMax to Tesoro and they tuned it up. However the tones are off and I can't get them right by adjusting the lower Trim Pot. Just don't act like my older Golden UMax. I really think the 9" is not suppose to work on the Golden UMax. This is the newer Golden UMax with the vents on the box. I guess I will have to send it back to Rusty and have him tune it to one of my 9X 8 coils.
I guess I screwed up and sent the wrong coil with the Golden. I thought it would work but now that I see how much the different KHZ's are I guess I blew it. It has been a long time since I had my Golden's out and I could have swore I used that 9" coil on my Golden's before. I guess I am just getting old. Probably have to put training wheels on the Golden. At least my OLD Golden UMax came back working great tuned to my 5" coil. I would try and put the 9" on my old golden but since it works so good I just don't want to take a chance. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. The tones I can't get right, and the notches just don't work right. Thanks for your help in advance. HH Jerry aka Tinfoil
