so we took a day trip out to Manistee and up to Traverse City. Here is Sherry. Still not back to her former self by a long shot.

I took along 2 detectors with me but didn't have the sand scoop so didn't go detecting yesterday..but I did go tonight - in my own yard, along the driveway and porch.
Not a lot to brag about: 10 Mem. pennies, 2 clad Rosie dimes, a spent shell casing (guessing a .45 cal.), a couple screws and other misc. things. One of the screws was 'my best find'.

It is in the top left by the shell casing. The screw is one that fell out of the drivers door latching unit. Noticed the other day I had one missing and one was about to fall out and the third was real loose.
Tightened up the ones that were still there and figured I'd have to take a trip to town - burn gas and go to an auto parts place, spend money to buy a new screw. God saved me all that hassle and now all 3 screws are back in place and tightened. Thank you Father.
Felt good to be able to find some coins with the Explorer instead of all the trash I had been finding at the ghost town.

Two weeks in a row and they didn' get out the Shepherd's hook to take me off stage. (Using a cane as I twisted my knee the other day). Guess I can't be sounding too bad. Feels good to give praise to God in song.
