Had a short hunt today in a neighbors yard, dug alot of bent nails, but managed four wheats, this 1867 indian, and the silver cub scout ring, had a blast though.

Thanks Travis

Check that date for a 7 over a 7... right now you have a pretty good date 1867. Maybe $50 if its a 7 over 7 its over a hundred. Fatties were thick bronze IHs 1864 and earlier. That ring is a cool find... a lot of people collect BS items.

Ooops i guess thats one i should have spelled out. Hey Sangamon... you ever hunted that park in Martinsville? I hear they are heavy into sledding there and have used it for years. I never knew they had a park. Said they used to do all the 4th of July there when she was young as well. Still as nice BSA ring. Better than i found yesterday just a couple of silver dimes and about 4 wheats. Your right it was cold out there. Good time of the year to see where people are sledding tho.
