Was able to squeeze in a two hour hunt today with the Omega after waiting for the garage door repairman to show up and install a new spring. The spring broke early this morning when my wife and I were heading out for the gym. Selected one of our cities oldest parks, which has seen countless detectors on it since the 60's, but with some slow careful searching will still give up a goodie now and then. I actually ventured off onto a corner of the park nearby a par 3 golf course and ended up with 7 coins, a button of sorts and a house key. The silver was a 51d Rosie and I also got 5 wheat cents and 1 zinc. The Rosie was close to 5" deep and almost totally on edge. Almost all the wheats I dug today read in the zinc range, 77-79 and gave a mid and high tone. The one that didn't, read 83-84 and was a high tone. I had the 10" coil on, a gb of 67, disc. 1, 99 sen. and d3 and 4 tones. HH jim tn
