I have a GARRETT INFINIUM LS,it is my first water detector and man its hard to learn,IM not under standing what the detector is telling me the hi-lo/lo-hiit all sounds the same! I went to the beach i dug about 90-120 pull tabs a lot of junk i have had the detector for about 6 months i have used it on the beach most
of the time in the water a little,THE depth is unbelievable that is for shore the air test was very very good I passed a 14k medium ring under the coil about 6 inches away not a problem i got a reading at about 14 inches good clear sound,so i know the detector is gettiing good depth,I just dont under stand how to DISC out some of the trash.I have been metal detecting for over 12 years i have over 50 60 hours with it,I hunt in salt water too.the learning curve is unbelievable!!!! ANY INFO??? THANKS FOR any help!!!! MAN I wish i went with the EXCAL 2 I was told its easyer to learn, IM planing a trip to Pensacola Florida some time this mouth so i have to get it write or sell it or trade it,O how do you tell your wife you want a norther detector i have 3 now!!!!!
