Started the day at the Coin show with my daughter Grace and my pastor and his kids. Was fun to look and watch the excitement of the kids. At 11:30 they had an auction for the kids. They gave them play money and they could bid on coins and such to buy. Grace Bought the 3 piece set of uncirculated 1980 Susan B's, a slabbed MS-70 2009 penny, and a 1953 S nickel. They also gave the kids a copper commerative 50th anniversary coin.
While at the coin show she also got two foriegn coins, and a Teddy Roosevelt commemorative coin. She recenly did a report on him and wanted the coin. It was $2 but the man sold it to us for $1. That is the only coin we paid for. the rest were free. Here are her coins.

She was also given 6 coin collecting books free. The Indian Head book had two Indians still in it! Here she is with the wheat penny books. We will start with this collection for her.

Last Wednesday we had Race car night at the kids club at church. We use Hot Wheels instead of pinewood derby cars. Grace won 1st place!

On the way home we stopped by two Tot lots. I detected she played. I got 20 coins, a silver ring, a neat Pinewood Derby third place medal ( Ironic )
and the last target as we were walking out was a 10K wedding band! WOOO HOOO!!! A great day with my daughter!
