Silver mine keeps producing

Went back a 3rd time to a yard which produced 14 silver coins the 1st time and 6 the 2nd time and now 4 this time. Home was built around 1920. That is a total of 24 silver coins for 1 yard:surprised: Also found a 1902 Indian Head as well which also was a nice surprise.

The silver nickel read like a pull tab, center of the screen, and I dug since owner said a ring may have been lost in the yard. Was surprised it was a War Nickel.

This is my total from this yard:

1936 Walker Half
Washington Quarters 1943d 1944 1958d
Mercury's 1918d 1920 1936(2) 1939(2) 1939d 1940 1942(2) 1944
Roosies 1946 1947(2) 1953 1962d
War Nickels 1943P(2) 1944P 1944D
1902 Indian Head
Wheats 1909 1910 1916 1919(5) 1920(2) 1923(2) 1926 1927s 1929 1929s 1930 1934(2) 1935 1937(2) 1937s 1939(3) 1940(3) 1941(2) 1942d(3) 1944(5) 1944d 1945(4) 1946(4) 1947 1948 1953
Clad Kennedy Half
2 Clad Quarters
7 Clad Dimes
7 Nickels
21 Memorials
1947 Australian Penny
Silver Necklace medal

Now why cant i find a yard like that? Life just isnt fair. Those war nickels do normally hit a lot higher than a normal nickel because of the silver. Start adding up those silvers at melt price and you might be able to retire lol. Good hunt.

Nice finds! That is a ton of silver from one yard. They must have had a lot of kids who lived there through the years who had holes in their pockets. Way to go and HH!

Lots of activity in that yard :drinking: They must have been some real party animals. I'd bet there's a few more goodies to be found there.

I always hoped to find a yard like that....
Congrats and WTG!:clapping::thumbup:
