Silver Ring at the High School

Found this delicate-looking ring at the high school. It toned out low in the silver range on the AT Pro but there is a hallmark on the inside. The ring was actually pretty mangled when I found it but I was able to bring it back to a fairly round shape. I guess maybe someone got angry and crushed it somehow and then gave it a fling. Oh well, that's silver ring number 5 for the year. The gold remains elusive.

That ring may have been hit by a lawn mower. Silver is always a welcome find. congratulations.

George in SC is dead on about the lawn mower. I did some tests on gold and silver
rings of different sizes and for example, a toe ring or baby's ring or pinky ring will
produce a number at the very bottom of the scale the smaller it is. This one doesn't
look THAT small but with the holes in it your feedback probably fell off a bit on the number.

Really nice looking ring there! I like all rings, but those with intricate design patterns are super cool! A lot more fragile though. Found a dainty little silver ring last yr and was made of inter linking hearts. Soon as I tried to reform it, of course it broke. Nice find!
