Silver ring

Ray in WA

New member
I've found lots of silver rings with my Tesoro Silver uMax, and I've been wondering when I would find one with the Safari. Well, finally got one the other day in an old easement that I've been eyeing for sometime. Wasn't very deep, only about 4" and found in coin mode with ferrous tones.

Well its about time !! Congrats, did you remember what number came up ? Just curious !! Anyway good find ! :detecting: Ron

Yes, Ron, it bounced back and forth from +38 to +14. I think there may have been a small piece of aluminum can or pulltab (which can come in at +14) close to it but I didn't bother to get it. Then it was solid +38 once out of the hole.

I'm surprised you got a +14 on a silver ring. The important thing is you got the ring. I am really starting to believe that soil and ground conditions have a lot to do with what number will come up. Any insight to this ?
