Silver, Shells and Sea Glass

Yesterday I worked the big cut at Warwick Long Bay and I was a little disappointed with the results.

No old gold, in fact no gold at all - just a .800 silver fork, half a .925 silver bangle and what appears to be an old silver six pence.

Fortunately there were also many nice shells that were uncovered when the sand shifted and some sea glass as well.

Today I worked the sanded in surf of Horseshoe Bay and was shut out of the gold again, I did land a .925 triple ring and a sterling bracelet. (see pic above)
The weather was warm and sunny, the water is starting to warm up and I got my first sunburn of the year. I'm happy to apply some Aloe Vera to my hide if it means that the sun is shining again in Bermuda.

You and your sea glass!!!!!!:ranting: ALL I have found in the past 3 weeks has been sea glass. Ever since you put up a post about finding sea glass that's all I have seen. BDA you know I'm just giving you a hard time, but after 3 weeks I think I forgot what gold looked like. I know I forgot what it sounds like. Here is some of the sea glass I have found lately... Going to give it hell tomorrow. The weather has gotten nice again and all is back to normal here in paradise.:clapping:

I see the Big cut was not as delivering as promising. It beat the heck out of Key West and spring break. Way too many kids on the beach for looking for me. Next time.
