I've found a few of these - fairly modern token.....this is the one that says "No Cash Value" on the other side, no? I think it's ca 50's-60's-70's and generally used at travelling carnivals. I think they're worth a couple or bucks or so as there are a few variations - Google the small initials on the bottom of the coin. Interestingly enough, worth more than your average silver coin....nice find!
 
These are very common around here and think they are 1990 on up to present day tokens. If you look they are slightly bigger than a quarter by just a little bit so they only work in some machines like at Chucky Cheese. I found a couple and though I may have something, then I order some tokens in for my Japanese slot machines and I got 200 of them for around $30 with the same eagle on it with no cash value on the other side.
