Simple handle mod

Not much easier than this to get a handle that is easy to clean. I love the foam handles, but hunting in muddy conditions, cleaning that foam handle gets old. I wrapped my handle, over the foam, with a product called "extreme tape" from Duluth In GA. It is a silicone based product that stretches and adheres to itself w/o glue, so it is easily removed! It makes a secure bond to itself in 24 hours. It is also great for repairs of the rod or whatever.

We hunt muddy cornfeilds and swampy areas. No way to avoid a mud buildup.

Works wonders for all kinds of projects. Rubber self adhereing splicing tape. Around $5 a roll. Stretches nicely.
