I did this a few years ago & thought I'd post it here.
I basically just took a metal clip off a standard retractable tape measure & attatched it to the bolt on the white's pinpointer. Then I took one of those cigarette "Torch" type lighters & melted the plastic a bit around the clip while i tightened the screw (embedding the clip into the plastic a bit so it will not swivel). I clip it on my righthand side jeans pocket. Yeah i realize that white's makes a pouch with a clip for the pinpointer, but i didnt know it at the time I did this minor mod. <img src="/metal/html/wink.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="

I have had this pinpointer since 1999 & despite having to change the switch.... it is still working fine.
