Thanks for the reply. Yes it is iron, I figured this one would be hard to guess since there’s no writing or information on it so it really could be a lot of different thingsHey Nate I just looked through 1910 Emmons-Hawkins harness catalog and didn't see anything that stood out.
I'm sure it's horsetack related might be homemade. It is iron isn't it? Really could be a lot of things
