Slipped out late this afternoon and scrounged up a pile of clad plus a real purty earring..

Went to one of my favorite little school/parks where I used to rake in the coins but it now gives up less - but enough to make it interesting. Some of the ground was muddy underneath the grass so the new PP was invaluable in locating coins in that goo. It also picked out the earring hidden away in a small clod. My wife liked it so well she'd like for me to look for a pair for her. :) Don't know hat kind of stone it is - perhaps pink topaz ? The mounting is Sterling. Total of the find is about $2.75 including 30 stinkin Lincolns. I really get tired of digging pennies. Wish the Mint would do away with them. Found several coin spills. Hope some or all of you get a chance to try the new PP. It's sure a handy little gadget. I hope they run some specials on it as they mentioned earlier.

Some good finds.:clapping:

Better go out and find that other missing earring. You got to keep the wifey happy. :) And it sure is a perty one too

No, the 250 is sensitive to smaller objects than that. The other day I picked up the head off a thumb tack. It will hit on some real tiny stuff.

Nice finds pal.

Yeah she's been on my butt ever since to stop by the jewelry store and find a set like that. I think the stone may be pink tourmaline - one of my favorites.
