Small chains/bracelets

You bet they will. The PI is all metal. Now, with that said, if you adjust the pulse delay or if you have a "discriminating" PI you could possibly disc them out. Look, if you can hear hair pins and fish hooks then you should be able to hear small chain.
 
hair pins are ferrous and easy for any detector, hooks are often larger and plated and fairly easy to detect...chains are not seen as a solid piece by the detector so are much smaller targets...to the PI detector...I suppose that coil size is also a major factor...

I've picked up small chains with both my PI Pro and my DF, they will often sound as a double blip depending on how they are laying in the sand. DIG EVERYTHING!!!
