Small coils on the beach in Norway, Lake Femunden...

Yesterday we went to a beach in Norway,Lake Femunden.
Our expectations to find something was low, but hey I was wrong about
that. After 2 1/2 hours we had 50 coins and two old silver rings.
We used the 6"DD and my brother had the 5x10.

I couldn't believe how deep those small coils actually goes.
We found small coins at 30 cm (12") mostly small silver and coppers from
Sweden and Norway. Those coins was also found in wet sand.
We where running on high sensitivity 28-30 using pattern 1.

Today we will work out the place with our bigger coils 10,5 DD and
9" 7.5 kHz. Not much trash in the ground.
We have also found a good place for prospecting. We forgot our x-terra instructions
at home bur thanks to Randy via Youtube we now know how to set
the prospecting mode. Thanks Digger!!

Mate, very sad to here about the shooting and bombing in Norway, tragic. We were all shocked here in Australia and convey our sympathies to your countrymen. Aaron
