Small Token ID?

I found these few items while in Michigan this weekend. Has anyone seen the upper left item before? It seems to be a copper token, but reads "<EM>silver is good enough</EM>". Any ideas?
The oval tag reads E 634. The Barber dime is from 1905. The site dates from the early 1800's, but unfortunately was so full of iron my keepers were very meager.
