Been wanting to pick one of these up since I got back into metal detecting. Been looking at the prices on Ebay and the prices on
the 6000's and Xl pro's have been through the roof. I think that says alot about these detectors. So far I'm really liking this machine.
Took a couple hours to get used to the audio response of coins with the larger 9.5" coil in all metal mode. I'm used to standard 8"
coils on the 6000 di series machines. I never hunt in discriminate mode, I like to hear what the ground is doing. I think this machine
will be even better once I get hold of a royal 800 or blue max 8" coil. May take awhile to find the 8" coil and I don't know why White's
stopped making them but still make the Bullseye 5.3
I guess I'm officially old school analog with my 6000 di s2 and 6000 di s3
