I have been using these Russian detectors for the past 6 months. I personally like them....they have a lot of adjustability for their price.
I like them enough I am ordering their top of the line in a month or so when the backorders are filled.
So...one of mine must go. Don't want to sell one but can keep em all.
I am selling my Kondor 7252M. Now this is in a Russian menu so I have made a cheat sheet for it that I keep taped to the machine. Now...in reality there are only a few adjustments that you use most of the time and these are the coil current, sensivity for the disc channel, threshold sensitivity and autotune speed. these are quick accessed on the fly.
This comes with a 10" DD coil that runs at 7.5 KHZ. Overall depth is equal to a T3 or F75 in any similar config...boost or not. I have thoroughly tested this. The Kondor though is less affected by EMI...plus it has frequency shift far larger range than the F75 so finding a shift that works is far easier. but again I never had to really deal with it accept in my yard.
There are way way too many features to list so watch the videos if you are interested.
I have translated the manual to English and will include a copy.
this is not for the faint of heart or the tire kicker who plans on asking me a million questions once they get it. I bought it...and had to figure it out by myself including translating the entire manual myself. So...you have to put in your own time to understand how it works differently that what you have ever used before.
In short the display presents the target info just like the Whites V3i does in polar plot. It is a continuous VDI trace from the beginning to the end of target detecting. Such that when no target is detected we sit at 0 VDI....as the target is detected the trace is drawn real time as it affects the receive signal. So....A coin in air or low mineral ground will create a straight line from the 0 VDY reference to say the 82 VDI point based on signal strength and quality. This trace is distorted by ground minerals slightly as well as shape of target.
A lot to learn but fun if you have patience.
I find it works fine in iron trash actually although not its strength. Great in fields or woods.
New these run around $600.00 plus $100.00 to ship. Will sell for $375.00 shipped.
true they would have to go back to Russia for repairs but this thing is like a Russian tank.....you would have to try and break it. Nice thing is though you can just send the box.
