So why did one of my posts get removed? The one about Burger King using disgusting advertising for a new 7 inch sandwich?

Me too. I saw it just a couple of hours ago when I got off at 2:30 pm. Maybe whomever controls this forum site likes what the message means. This is supposed to be a CHRISTIAN Metal Detecting Forum. If we cannot stand up for what is morally right here maybe we need a new site overseer.

I don't care for the ad and I did warn that kids should not be allowed to view it though it will probably forced onto them via TV or when walking into the building to get something to eat. Even though my step-daughter works at one doesn't mean I will support BK with my money. This is way too blatantly wrong for BK to put anywhere for young people to see.

HI Pete, sorry that your post was deleted as I haven't heard or seen BK's ad for their new sandwich! I don't go out to eat very often and haven't been to Burger King's for years! It is a sick world we live in when ungodly advertising is allowed in BK's and on TV! They will have to face God someday, so WOE are they! God Bless! Betty

and it isn't something that needed to be brought out on any forum, much less aChristian one. Just because something ugly is happening in the world doesn't mean everyone should see it. I guess I'm just a radical christian, I think I have just as much right to complain,kick , scratch protest what ever it takes to show my disapproval as every other. group when they walk on our beliefs.Insult our GOD and our country. but there is so much crap on tv, cable, mtv, etc. have you ever noticed how they bleep certain cusswords but do not bleep someone using the lords name in vain?? what is that old saying "be in the world not of it" when my son sees blatant or subtle evil material on tv i try and point out why it is wrong and how they are trying to influence us to behave as if we are "of the world".

I watch as little TV as possible. Even shows that are good have trash in the commercials or so many commercials I forget what it was I was watching.

Won't give any links to the advertising, just suffice it to say Burger King has pushed the envelope too far and I will not eat there any more.

Glad to see all so far agree with something not being right with this ad from Burger King and the post being taken off this forum. At least somebody ought to have the guts to stand up and say why it was removed.

better things to do (like God's work) than to get stirred up over some company that shows the love of money is more important than anything else.

I no longer have a desire to get any answer to this post as to why. It does not matter and certainly is not worth dividing God's family over it. So asking that we let this post die. Thank you and God bless you all.
