there was a saying we picked up that went like this: "When in worry or in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout".

I guess that was supposed to be the answer to all our problems.

What brought this back to mind was today's devotional from KLOVE radio station (I get their daily email with each day's "Encouraging Word".)

Today's "Encouraging Word" is from Psa 46:10

"Be still, and know that I am God...."

(Full verse is: "Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

I found it interesting once to do a search of the Bible for "To and Fro" as in being tossed. Amazing what messages God has for us if you check that out.

Here is one such message:

Psa 107:27 They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits

Thanks Pete for the good word of God! The wordly scream and shout and many also curse when tossed to and fro, but when we have Jesus as our Savior and Lord, He says, Peace be still in the midst of the storms and God says, Be still and know that I am God, Who is in control of all things and works miracles in the lives of His children trusting and obeying Him! Without our blessed Savior, where would we be? Well probably out in the world acting like the wordly and sinners who are in need of true salvation in Christ Jesus!
