Some of my finds with spikes too

Some finds. The spikes are neat! I'm not sure if the diamond in the heart pendant is real. I don't see a material mark on the pendant. The concretions are super neat to me. I have to research how to get that stuff off to see what metal item is hidden inside.

You're on your way to more gold. I searched parks for gold for many years and found plenty, mostly ladies gold rings. Now I search obscure places for old coins and never find gold anymore. I would say to search shallow because jewelry is being lost every year, no need to dig deep for it.

Nice finds. Interesting to see what is hidden beneath the deposits.

I decided to pound on the concretions with a hammer today and this is what I found. A work in progress and I still don't know what the items inside are.
