General Rules
The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.
Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.
Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.
Only Forum Members Registered for 90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.
Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:
- Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
- Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
- Do not put links to eBay.
- Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
- Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.
Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

You have to have al least 24 post to post here read above your post . It plainly says that.
I had the same problem then read the rules. I just new to detecting (73) and don't say much in posts unless it's something I really know or of interest to the group so it may take me a year or more to get to that amount. I think there are reasons for rules but sometimes they shouldn't apply and hurt a person that's just trying to get rid of items or buy items that go with this hobby. I read all the post that apply to my interest and some are good and some are just ????? just to get their post numbers up. If I was a person that would take advantage of posting items for sale that I couldn't get 24 post in a short time. This rule is outdated. Just my thoughts. I guess this post adds to my total
What's most important is the time factor, 90 days.
We did this to stop those signing on just to use the classified forums to sell their detector or accessories. They are those that just want to use Finds classified forums to sell on, and have no intentions of contributing useful post. We try to delete those as fast as we can. I don't always see them, but I thank the members for keeping a eye out for me.

Every problem I've ever had on Findmall and other forums with supposed "perspective buyers" that were either trying to scam me or just jerk my chain has been from people that couldn't meet the rules criteria, bar none. Though it might not feel good being innocent and effected by "profiling" practices, there is a good reason and you should blame the rule breakers, not the rule makers. Their just responding to a problem.

it's desirable that one does post on other forums. The spirit of the rule is that if one takes the time to participate in a brand or model specific or even the MD forum, they generate a better quality of history than what comes by posting on the classifieds forum only. Like SFL Black said, they don't want folks coming to The Mall only to sell their stuff.
