Is my CZ6a considered an analog machine ?

Would a machine with a digital signal but analog controls ( meter, POT's) be considered a hybrid ( I am not an engineer so that scenario may not even be possible ) ?

In this day of internet speed /I want it yesterday, and reading all the info on the XL Pro, I am thinking of selling the DFX and getting one ( if I can ) ! How does the XL Pro work on salt water beaches ?

I need to SIMPLIFY !! ( but I do like my DFX ).
