Sometimes you got to love bulldozers on the beach

We don't post a lot on this forum but we do find some old stuff on the beach. A bulldozer had pushed some sand dunes down somewhat and Lady Ghost dug this. Anyone care to guess the age????? I sure don't know, I was born about 10 years after this was minted and I forgot how old I am.

BTW, what state are you in?

One last thing, how big is it? The size of a nickle?, quarter?, half dollar?
