Since I moved to the gulf coast, I do not use my trusty GT since water hunting is the game here and it sits in the closet. It is superb on salt water wet sand where most machines false, this baby is steady and depth is superb. On my Florida beaches it is very deep and I have found literally thousands in gold and silver with this machine. Since this machine is not waterproof, I only use my Excaliburs now.
The sale comes with 2 rechargeable battery packs and one AA pack for backup (you will never use it. One rechargeable pack will run all day.)
The factory charger is included along with a straight shaft and arm cup, a hip bag so you can wear it on your belt and half boots on switches to protect them. I am throwing in my Sunray Pro Gold headphones free. They have a small split in the insulation. They work fine so you could probably fix the split or replace the cord. They are superb headphones and go for about $150. The GT batteries have a known problem where the tabs weaken and break. One battery has that problem but even without the tabs the batteries stay in without tape. The coil has marine epoxy on it and is in perfect condition. The white you see on the coil is epoxy and not a repair. I epoxy all my Minelabs so there is no coil cover to constantly clean so you get a pure signal. I have always used it with tape over the speaker to stop sand intrusion but took it off for the photos.
This is a SUPERB machine for wet sand. Most beach hunters are very familiar with the GT. This machine works as it should and will find the gold. The price is firm please.
