I once had a book called Memory Made Easy. It was written my a retired Lt COl from the Army. I was a paperback book. The first chapter taught on how to remember unrelated items....like a grocery list. I was working in England in a radio shop with one other guy and the room was maybe 8 feet by 8 feet. I read the first chapter and then asked my partner to give me a test to see if this 'technique' works. I told him to write down 10 item not related to each other then tell me what each was one at a time.

After a few seconds, I said ok now ask me what the items were so he went from #1 thru #10 and I got each one right. I asked him to go backwards and I got each of them right. I then said mix them up. So he did and I got them all right.

He commented how cool that was. I said that is nothing. I said there are chapters on how to study for test, how to remember faces and names, how to remember things like the Gettysburg Address, Constituion, Bill of Rights, etc. He was real excited and asked me if he could look at the book. I said sure. We both spent about 20 minutes looking all around that room and could not for the life of me find that book I had been reading just moments before I asked him to quiz me. I still have not found that book so if ya happen to see it...let me know.

Do you think chapter 1 should have been "How to remember where you put this book?"

Wel,l if you and your friend couldn't find the book in a 8 X 8 ft. room, how do you expect any of us to find it? Just kidding Pete!!! Ya sure Casper didn't take it???

No, I have not heard of the the book but hopefully someone has and knows how you can get it! Good luck & God Bless!

God Bless!
