I decided a few days ago to send Kristie C an e-mail at Minelab and to my suprise I got a return phone call at home from Debrah.
She is Kristie's helper.
I addressed the fact about other not getting their prizes on this forum and she said she would address the issue.
I see now things are starting to roll and people are now receiving the items they where promised months ago.
My hat goes off to Debrah from grabbing the bull by the horns and taking care of this.
Minelab should commend you for your customer realtions skills <img src="/metal/html/clap.gif" border=0 width=20 height=30 alt=":clap">
 
I have faxed them and e-mailed them and had Guvner send the e-mail also. Nothing.Whats so great about that just some of us getting stuff.
 
They never reply to me either. <img src="/metal/html/angry.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":mad">
 
And I might suggest the following: If anyone has won a Minelab prize in the past, and hasn't received it yet, email Minelab and give them as much complete info as possible: the date you won, the category, the prize you were to receive, a pic of your find and for sure the release form. If you haven't sent in your release form, be sure to include it in your email or at least a note saying you are mailing it in (to Minelab). If anyone has any problems, I will be glad to assist. Simply call and speak to Debrah she obviously cares and is taking steps to correct someone elses dropped ball.
I cant guarentee any prizes but, atleast I let them know alot of guys are still waiting.
That is alot more then alot of people have done other then post complaints.
 
Debra is a great person and funny to. Talk to her last night. She said please tell me you are happy to hear from me, I had to laugh. Minelab does not pay her enough know matter what she makes. Thanks Ron
