Spring is on the way.....saw our first Robin last night...

Pete in MI

a sure sign spring is coming. Though the Robin is our state bird it does not live here year round...it runs away south to get away from the winters we have. So seeing our first Robin gave us a new hope spring was coming. We could even see the ground in many places and figured a few more days the snow would be gone and could go out detecting even if only a few inches into the ground.

I figured today I would get out my long test strips of coins and go out an check them out with the detector. Ya know not everything goes as one hopes.

This is what I woke up to this morning:

School has a 2 hour delay and a snowmobile just zipped down the road.

I guess I only have me to blame.....I shaved off my beard and trimmed up my hair Saturday. I won't scare you this early in the morning with a picture of a bare skinnned Pete face

Well spring will get here - sooner or later.

with waking up to God's art work! :) I bet you would have prefered a nice sunrise instead! :)
