Stamped PHILCO ?

Hoping someone can help me identify the item. As you can see from the photo, it is stamped PHILCO. There are also three holes which tells me this may have been nailed to another item? Thanks for your help.

saw a old tv in the trash area, took it home and took it apart, sold off a lot of parts..

i found a plate similar to yours last fall. Mine says "CROSLEY" across the top where yours says PHILCO. mine is the faceplate for the "ON" light indicator when the old radio was on. Nice find! HH Bigsquid
