Start thinking about it now. This one though duplicated in other forums will be for the Tesoro users. I will post a picture of the prize. You will write on one of the following...
1. An essay on "What my hobby means to me"
2. An essay on "Researching techniques; old and new"
3. An essay "What to do with all those memorial pennies"
I may post this on different forums and expect an entry from each forum too. <STRONG>No duplicate entries and only one entry per forum user on this essay contest.</STRONG> If I have a Minelab prize it will be given away here. If it's some other brand it will be given away on that brand forum.
Give it some thought, write it up and <FONT COLOR="#ff0000">wait for my post asking for it.</FONT> We will then vote on it the following day much as we do the "Find of the Month"...
I will get some pics of the prizes ready and we will run a few different contest during the holidays when some of you may be couped in winding them up hopefully by New Years Day. You can win more than one contest but you can only enter each contest once. If you put an essay entry in here you can't do it on the Fisher Forum for instance. You can however enter another contest we have and that will be apparent. I am still thinking up the contests. (I have some divine help from the man who donated most of the prizes.. I can't name him though.. That's part of the deal..)
I can only afford to ship in the U.S. & Canada so don't be offended if you win and just get our admiration..
