Got in some hunting time this morning, it started off a balmy 24* F with a thick frost on the ground. Hoofed it half-way out into the field and decided to take a break and quick snap. I cant say on the boards what type of site this was as I dont want to give too much away, but heres a quick pic.

Got to the sweet spot where good stuff has came from before and the second target was a deep sweet sounding 91/92 running GMax 8KHZ. after a couple scoops I could tell it was out and I kicked the clod over. Can you see it ....

After poking around there I packed up and headed out to grab brunch and try a new site. It was a home site dating back to the 1830's. I had been waiting for this field to get pulled....but they pulled it and roughed it in a hurry. I had a chance to hit it for a bit then get on to other things. Several cool buttons came out of here too, but these old coppers made my day. 1850 LC, a worn KGC(?), 1834 token of sorts, and 1825 halfpenny token. Still getting a good olive oil soaking to see if I can get better details.
