My stem clips arrived yesterday ordered 2 to have a spare , so just waiting on the aryca case to arrive they seem very well made (I assume 3-d printed) snap on very well and arrived way ahead of schedule.

Yes they are from ebay I have mentioned them to a buddy in Texas that does
3-d printing as well.

I just got mine today, I was thinking next week. Looks good as Dirt said. Now I can set my Deus up to hunt in the rain, don't think it is going to stop raining soon.

I will have to check and let you know but I seem to recall when I ordered with their date was like the middle of June so they came long before that. They do list 5 days before they ship, I assumed that was for time to print them.

These look a little bigger than the one on the Deus. As long as it fits and will hold my water proof case that is what I want. Dirt, dose yours look bigger than the one on your Deus? Just woundering.

I just tried mine and it worked fine. Fits on stem and locks fine it is just a little wider than the one on the remote.

What would be the reason to have to order the aftermarket ones other than needing more than one,

The aftermarket ones have a much larger surface area to glue/epoxy to your waterproof case

Yes they are bigger and flat, the protection clip that comes with the Deus is not flat so adherence is a problem, that's why those that use the protection clip usually use industrial Velcro then glue it to the case.

If you actually look at the protection clip its not perfectly flat it has ridges on it, I guess for your thumb to push on, this gap affects the glue or epoxy's adherence. Not saying you can't use it just that you get a better adhesion with these ones, also the extra surface area doesn't hurt either. I have also seen people use them to mount high intensity lights on for those that hunt at night or video cameras for those that do the youtube thing.....

Just in case anyone is interested my buddy in Texas sent me a prototype of a clip he can make with his 3-d printer. Now he makes a lot of different detecting items ( I purchased a couple of his magnifier/tethers for my Garrett Carrots) and he has not listed these clips yet on his website so I have no idea on price, you can look him up online as "detecting doodads" he may be waiting on my opinion before he makes them available on his website. So far I have only tried it on the stem, nothing attached to it, 1st impressions its nice and flat on the back, a lot thinner and not as big as the Russian ones reminds me more of the look and feel of the clip that comes with the Deus seems to attach nice and firm and stays on but not hard to get off.
