Well I have been pretty busy as of late, not much time for beeping and the wether has finally got nice (read not miserable). I have been out several times this year, I think about 6 or 7. I have hunted with my Explorer and the Garrett I bought, its the AT Pro, and took out the ol XTerra last week for a bit. I have been trying to get a feel for Garrett's new machine, and the SE just takes so much use to be proficient with and I am still trying to learn to use it well.
Well the moral here is the Xterra is still my favorite. It has crisp sounds and I just think I understand it best. It is light and fast. I like the others and I bought the AT Pro for wading and it is fairly light. Still though I like the Xterra best.
One of these days I will have to post this years meager finds, there are a couple good keepers.
