Stock Headphone Question?

Hi Guys

Are the stock headphones waterproof at the connection and cable. What I mean is it ok as long as I don't get the actual phones wet?

The cable and connector are waterproof as long as you don't dunk the ear phones themselves.

I put a little Goop type glue/sealer at all points where the wires enter the ear pieces and it helps protect the inside from splashes, but not sub-mersion.
